Vacancy: Solutions Advisor

Job Description

Comm-Tech Voice & Data are now looking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and ambitious Solutions Advisor to join a successful direct sales team in Norwich, to assist with driving customer retention, new business growth and customer loyalty.

As our Solutions Advisor, you will be part of an energetic Telemarketing team, generating leads and appointments for the Communications Consultants to deliver new business by implementing converged and unified communications and connectivity solutions.


You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities across the businesses’ existing customer base, generating new appointments for our Communication Consultants with the emphasis on high quality leads
  • Making outbound calls to purchased data generating new telephony and broadband leads for the Communication Consultants to convert and deliver new business.
  • Identifying key targets to sell the converged Vodafone One Net solution
  • Booking meetings and appointments on behalf of the Communications Consultant Team
  • Attending weekly team meetings reporting to the sales director
  • Contributing to the team performance by sharing and implementing ‘best practice ideas’
  • Developing a knowledge of the full range of communications and connectivity solutions Comm-Tech Voice & Data offer while on the job
  • Updating CRM systems with latest call actions and updates
  • Following up on existing leads to ensure proposals are delivered within agreed SLA’s
The Candidate

To be considered for our Telesales – Solutions Advisor role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Be computer literate/keyboard skills (e.g. Office Suite)
  • Excellent telesales skills & telephone manner
  • Be an enthusiastic worker that sets high standards and consistently achieves them
  • Be target driven with a determination to succeed
  • The ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively
  • Perform effectively when there are pressure peaks
  • Be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Have strong decision making and analytical abilities
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Ability to absorb technical product information and learn new about communications solutions to stay up to date with an ever-changing industry
  • Accurate data inputting skills
  • Have a confident, professional and friendly telephone manner
