Lone Worker solutions provide protection for lone workers who can potentially find themselves in threating positions, dangerous occupations or remote environments with a risk of physical danger.
These Lone Worker solutions can also be used by families to ensure the safety of loved ones or those who may need to raise an alarm quickly in an emergency (e.g. medical condition)

Option1: Alert Standard

Address your basic duty of care with the Defenders built in Lone Worker button enables your lone workers to send an emergency Lone Worker text to up to 5 people instantly

  • Entry level of Lone worker solution
  • Raise a Panic Alarm with a simple button press
  • Program 5 emergency Landline or Mobile numbers with a set message for them to receive
  • Does not show your location to receivers when alert raised
  • Pre-Installed on the Defender Smartphone and ready to go
Option 2: Alert Advanced

The Alert Standard Lone Worker solution enables not only an emergency Lone Worker text to be sent to 5 people instantly but also provides information on the location of the user.

  • Raise a panic alarm with single button press
  • Instantly alert five people from your contacts when you need urgent assistance
  • Message includes Map URL of the persons location with latitude & longitude references
  • User can set up important information notes (eg medical condition) that appear on alert text
Option 3: Alert Complete

All of the features from Alert ADVANCED, plus additional geo-fenced and timed alert options which are triggered when the handset is not responded to by the user. Later this year a will see the inclusion of a man down accelerometer ‘Fall Detect’ for users who take a tumble and fall unconscious and auto open of voice channel on handset to talk to the working in distress.

  • Place themselves into a Monitored Welfare Session
  • Start welfare sessions with the simple tap on an NFC tag (optional)
  • Set their own timed welfare check-in intervals

A pro-active rather than reactive solution

This pro-active solution triggers alerts when a lone worker fails to check in or raises an alarm and provides:

  • Audio & visual alert displays on screen to monitoring team
  • Alerts are emailed to selected recipients immediately & viewable on PC, laptop, tablet and smartphone
  • The app automatically dials a pre-set emergency number so monitoring teams can listen to the situation and escalate accordingly

Option 5: Mobile to Mobile
The Push to talk application allows instant two way voice communication over the mobile network. A PTT solution typically uses around 150MB data per user per month as the bandwidth is extremely efficient. So you can talk one to one, simultaneously or one to many in your workforce. With no distance or range limitation, our PTT function can have your workforce connected at the push of a button which enables you to
