After successful growth The Conrad Global Group has moved to its new 12,000 Sq² foot head office in the heart of Norwich.
The Conrad Global Group is the parent holding company for Comm-Tech Voice & Data LTD, RPC Recycle LTD and Juice Telecoms LTD, and the move has brought all three companies together for the first time. The stunning new office formally known as St Johns House on King Street, Norwich has been changed to Communications Centre to align with the group’s business strategy.
Comm-Tech which has been based in Martham for the last 25 years since it was first established in 1986 is a family grown business and branched out into two other associated companies, Juice Telecoms in 2007 and RPC Recycle in 2002, previously based in Rackheath.
The move which took place early October brought all three parts of the business together into one location allowing the group to streamline its internal process. The new prime location in the central business district of Norwich has given the group a large visible presence within its core market which is something it lacked being located in Martham.
The group has recently been awarded ISO 2009 for quality management systems and as a certified organisation it reflects the groups commitment to high standards, continued growth and exceeding industry expectations.

The new building has a customer experience centre which displays the portfolio of services the group offers. Business are now able to come in and trial the latest handsets, including the latest BlackBerry® handsets, BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express as well as the vehicle tracking and security systems from Trackm8, Tracker and Cobra. They will also be able to speak to highly trained staff about their needs in order to find the best possible solution, as well as attend open days and ask an expert evenings.
