Comm-Tech Voice & Data Ltd is seeking dynamic, energetic and ambitious Customer Relations Representative to join a successful direct sales team to drive customer retention, growth and loyalty.

The Customer Relations Representative will provide information to customers in response to enquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in making changes to their accounts. The customer service representative will receive, document and resolve customer issues.

The successful candidate will notify customers when contract renewals are due, recommend additional services to enhance the clients existing communications solution and provide front line support for our ‘Communications Consultants’ dealing with our larger clients.

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: Sales, Re-signing customers and system troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
  • Use automated information systems to analyse the customer’s situation
  • Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
