The Cisco 525G carries all the standard functions of a regular IP phone with call forwarding, call transfer, call ID, call parking , and call history all simply accessible for easy use. The handset also includes a speaker phone and the ability to accommodate 3 way conference calls.
The handset enables you to configure the 5 lines either by having a unique phone number (or extension) for each line or you can use a shared number that is assigned to multiple phones.
The Cisco 525G also provides compatibility for the SPA500S 32-Button Attendant Console which adds up to 64 buttons which is ideal for most small business receptions so they can transfer calls seamlessly and efficiently.
The Cisco SPA525G IP phone can easily grow with your business. New features can be added to the phone over time via firmware updates. New employees or employees who need to move locations can simply plug in their preconfigured phones anywhere on the network, and the network will recognize the change.
This IP phone can also be connected using Wi-Fi technology and through the use of Bluetooth, cordless headsets can also be configured.
