Vacancy: Telesales – Solutions Advisor

Job Description

The Role:

Become a key member of our highly paid telemarketing team, generating leads and appointments for our Communications Consultants.  You will generate appointments by calling & emailing businesses to offer them improvements, cost savings & a one stop shop for all of their communications needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities from existing customers & generating new appointments for our team of  Communications Consultants
  • Calling businesses, to make appointments for the Communication Consultants.
  • Booking meetings and appointments on behalf of the Communications Consultant Team
  • Attending weekly team meetings reporting to your manager
  • Developing a knowledge of the full range of communications and connectivity solutions Comm-Tech Voice & Data offer
  • Following up on existing leads to ensure proposals are delivered within agreed SLA’s

The Candidate
Comm-Tech have a lot to offer anyone selected to join us & full training will be provided for the successful applicants.  In return, we expect a lot from all candidates which will not be limited to the following attributes.  

Experience of working in a telesales or call centre environment would be an advantage but is not essential.  What is essential is a good education, a lively & vivacious personality, an excellent telephone manner & the ability to think on your feet.  You will have to work really hard to meet the targets we will set & you will be rewarded very well financially for meeting those targets.  Our offices are in the city centre, they are friendly, professional & have a relaxed dress code.  We would consider home working for the right candidate but would require some attendance for meetings & training.  Although this position is for a full time post, we may consider part time workers as well so that you can fit working for us into your schedule.

  • Be computer literate/keyboard skills (e.g. Office Suite)
  • Excellent telesales skills & telephone manner
  • Be an enthusiastic worker who sets high standards and consistently achieves them
  • Be target driven & determined to succeed
  • Have the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively
  • Perform under the pressure of meeting agreed targets
  • Be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Have an honest ethical approach to work
  • Have a very good education, we would prefer graduates but will accept candidates who we feel are a good fit

Salary

Basic salary £17,000 + commission & target driven incentives (On target earnings £50,000 per annum with an unlimited ceiling.)
