Commissions & Data Controller

Job description

Conrad Global Group is seeking an experienced full-time Commissions & Data Controller to work in the finance team responsible for all the group companies. Reporting to the group accounts manager/finance director, the role will involve a wide range of duties on specific projects as well as monthly duties to be carried out to an exceptional standard.

Responsibilities to include
  • Collating, reconciling and matching of complex billing data
  • Network commissions analysis and new internal reporting process
  • Liaising with the accounts and sales teams
  • Creating and implementing new ways of working, including liaising with the IT team on development of a new report solution
  • Investigations into billing and commission problem areas and queries as directed
  • Adhoc projects as and when required

Person specification

While the ideal candidate may have experience within a similar role, the successful candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Intelligent and logical approach
  • Advanced Excel skills (including vlookups/pivot tables etc)
  • Ability to work with large amounts of complex data
  • Methodical and highly numerate
  • Good organisational skills
  • Thinks outside the box
